British farcical political satire. A British sub-cabinet secretary, when asked by the media about the possibility of British and American involvement in a Middle East war says "War? War is unforeseeable." He's scolded for saying this by the department's cuss-word-centric chief of staff. Apparently this statement was too passive; instead he should have said something more threatening, something like is heard from politicians all the time, something like "All options are on the table, etc, etc." Anyway, the movie starts with some promise, but becomes tiring after this same basic premise and associated scatological language is repeatedly served up. It's just not very funny. Not recommended.
