I was told this was a good read, and because I'd read "The Fault in Our Stars" and fallen in love with it, I had high expectations for this book. Unfortunately, it didn't quite meet those expectations. The book was slow. So. Damn. Slow. I'll admit the beginning held my interest--for awhile, anyways. Then the middle became SO tedious, and it stayed that way, until the end, when it became AWFUL. Quentin's life revolved around Margo, and I have no idea why the hell it did. Perhaps I just wasn't able to connect to it as much as other people. I don't understand what Quentin accomplished by skipping his graduation and tracking her down. Overall, imo it wasn't something I'd have expected from this author. - Lyla
