Great fun! Doesn't take itself too seriously. We will definitely watch further seasons.

It makes a smart, charmingly irreverent first impression, thanks to its pleasantly warped, deadpan writing and performing.

I stumbled onto this show expecting a generic action-procedural, akin to many of the crime drama's on network television. I couldn't have been more wrong. Burn Notice is a bright a cheery 'MacGuyver' meets 'Have Gun, Will Travel', with small serving of 'The A-Team'. There's also Bruce Campbell (playing his typical role) as 'Sam Axe'. A really well done spy show.

My first impression was that this would be a " Miami Vice " rip-off of sorts set in the spy world- but on the advice of someone I know I gave the show a chance- and I'm glad I did!- as this an intelligent and entertaining series straight through to Series 7. The show is an anomaly as it's an exciting action show, with well developed characters and some heart ( as well as complexity at times ). Bravo for a job well done.

If you're a fan of spy series you will love Burn Notice I seen most of the seasons. It has you thinking each season, and episode you watch. This is in no way compared to Miami Vice it's a bit different. It is genetically different baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a fun and entertaining spy series. The best part is the narration, which makes us complicit with our main character.

This is a fun, high-spirited series. The actors are easy on the eyes and the writers keep things moving right along with a lot of ingenious variations on cops and robbers. The show strikes a nice balance between kidding around, menace, romance and family, but the predominant note is sheer joie-de-vivre. P.S., the commentaries are focused and informative, and don't miss Donovan's audition; watch his eyes.

This is an above average spy show. Well written and filmes in a stylized way with gorgeous settings. Good pacing and ample action. Gabrielle Anwar is showing her age and needs to eat a bit, but is still very nice to look at. Bruce Campbell is...well...Bruce Campbell. I love the guy. I like the show. I wasn't overly impressed with the storylines, but I might give season two a look.

A cross between Alias and MacGyver with mebbe a touch of CHiPs. The actors and writers seem like they`re having a really good time with this show, which makes it fun to watch.

I thought it was annoying. Tries to hard to be cute and funny without being successful on either count.

Michael Westen: [voiceover] But in the end, sometimes making an escape is just about being willing to do what the guy chasing you won't. Like jump off a building.
