I was given this book as a birthday present when I was 10 and wasn't sure if I would like it. Turns out, it was one of my favourite books and I loved the story. The story has adventure, suspense, mystery, science fiction, and romance all together. Even if you or your kid isn't into space, it is really interesting and I learned some new facts about science and space from this book. I would encourage you to take out this book and give it a try. The author, Stuart Gibbs, is a fantastic writer and has other series like FunJungle and Spy School that are super interesting, too. I highly recommend reading this book and for some reason can't give it stars but it would deserve 6 out of 5!

OMG!!! this book is perfect for people that like funny, suspenceful, and can't-put-it-down type of books. My teacher read it to us, and everyone was hooked. This is an amazing book. 5 stars easily. There are 3 books in the series. Good as audio books as well.

(Warning! Spoilers!)
I really liked this book. It was very exciting and intriguing. Dash, his family, other scientists, and the Sjoberg family (tourists) are living on the Moon. Until suddenly, a top lunar scientist, Dr. Holtz, walks out onto the moon alone, with his space suit on wrong. After recently over hearing him in the bathroom talking to someone about a great discovery. Dash thinks it wasn't an accident, as in murder. But everyone thinks the old Doctor was going crazy, and this was a suicide. Dash soon finds two friends to help. Zan Perfonic and Kira Howard. My favourite part was when Dash and Kira were on the moon, also when Dash figures out Zan's secret. Zan was an alien, she was Dr. Hotlz's great discovery. He was the one talking to Zan in the bathroom. This book is not just for people who like space, if you like mystery, or adventure, this is the book for you!!
