By all means, pick this one up and sit back for a truly enjoyable read. One of the reasons why I liked this novel so much was because the main character is quite flawed and could indeed have been the person who murdered her sister (now guardian since their parents' death) to get a hold of her inheritance for a bad boy. Spindler does a good job of keeping you guessing throughout the book. I would have liked to have seen more of Kat when she was 17 to understand her motives a bit more and mid-way it got slow for about 30 pages.

I love Erica Spindler books, but this book is okay. It definitely was entertaining, but not exciting.
